Return & Refund Policy – Alnisar Frozen Foods

At Alnisar Frozen Foods, we are committed to providing high-quality frozen products while ensuring proper handling and hygiene standards.

Due to the nature of frozen food items, we maintain specific return and refund conditions to ensure product safety and quality.

We only offer Return or Refunds on Non-Frozen Products, We Offers a 7-day return request window, meaning customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving their order regarding any concerns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Non-Frozen or Dairy
  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and properly stored
  • In original packaging

However, as our products are temperature-sensitive frozen items, returns and refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item delivered is incorrect
  • The product is found to be spoiled at the time of delivery

In such cases, customers are required to inform us immediately Same Day upon receiving the order. Prompt reporting helps us verify and resolve the issue effectively.

Please note:

  • We currently deliver within Lahore only
  • All orders are processed and delivered on the next day
  • Returns may not be accepted if the product has been improperly handled or stored after delivery

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
